Deposit
A £15 deposit is required in order to secure your appointment. Deposit will be taken automatically at checkout.
Deposits are Non - refundable
Please note that the remaining balance of your payment must be paid in CASH on the day of your appointment!
Late Policy
15 minutes = £5
20 minutes = £15
30 Minutes = £25
If you are more than 45 minutes late your appointment will be automatically cancelled as this disrupts other appointments during the day.
Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
Slots will be released on the 21st of every month
If you want to cancel/reschedule your appointment, all cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 48hrs before your booking.
Hair Drop - Off
Your hair must be dropped off 5 days before your appointment, this is for all wig styles and frontal ponytail styles. You will receive an email with your appointment and drop off address when you have booked your appointment.
When dropping off your hair please write your Name, appointment date and time on paper and put it inside the bag with your hair.
If your hair is dropped off later than 5 days prior there will be an additional charge of £10 as it disrupts the customisation of other people’s wigs.
Please do not drop off your hair after 7pm. If you are unable to drop your hair off before this time please message me on instagram so we can discuss further options.
Plus 1’s
Due to limited space, it is advised that you attend your appointment by yourself, No Plus ones allowed.
Braided Styles
Please ensure that your hair is washed and dried as i do not currently offer that as a service.
I only accept pre - stretched braiding hair for braided styles. For example the hair inserted below.
If you would like to Bring Non Pre - Stretched hair it is allow but there will be an additional charge, please choose it as an add on when checking out.
If you would like a service with less product used, such as less gel used please select "less product" before checking out !!

Wig styles
Please ensure you bring your foundation on the day of your appointment.
For wig customisation styles at least 3 bundles is required, if you would like to use 4 you are welcome to supply 4 bundles.
For a perfect finish please avoid buying a darker lace, if you are of a lighter skin tone, I won’t be able to make the lace lighter if you purchase a darker one.
Please also Avoid buying thick laces because the thinner the lace the better the melt.
When booking your appointment, you will be able to select an additional style as an “add on", but if you do not know at the time please feel free to bring extra cash to request an add on the day.
If you are coming for a re-glue service please ensure that your wig is washed and dried.
If you are booking a customisation of a wig with frontals & bundles and your head is bigger than 22” i do advise that you are booked in for a consultation where the wig will be made on your head or I could just use a bigger wig head while customising your wig as I wouldn’t want the wig to come out too small and cause any problems for you. Please state this in the checkout so i can contact you and discuss further.
Please ensure your hair is fully washed and cleaned. If there are any specific products such as oils and creams you would like to use in your hair please feel free to bring them with you.
