Refund policy

No Returns - Exceptions Apply 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item.

Return Conditions:
    •    Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
    •    You must provide photo evidence of the issue via email.
    •    If your return is approved, you will receive:
    •    A return address via email.
    •    An update once your returned item is received.

Refunds:

    •    Once your return is inspected and approved, an automatic refund will be processed to your original payment method.

    •    You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Please note:

    •    Only faulty items are eligible for an exchange, and only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

    •    All other items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
