Processing & Delivery Information

Our standard processing times vary by product:
    •    Ready-to-wear units (pre-order) are processed within 10–15 business days.
    •    Uncustomsied units and Braiding Hair take approximately 3 -7 business days.
    •    Accessories and other items are processed in 3 business days.
    
Please note that processing time does not include delivery time. We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely arrival. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive all shipping information, including tracking, via email.

We offer two delivery options through DPD: Next Day (Tracked) and Classic (Tracked).
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Important for Pre-Orders:
All pre-order items are made to order and undergo a customisation process, which takes 10–15 business days. These items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once processing has begun, as they are made specifically for your order
