Choosing the correct cap size is essential for both comfort and confidence while wearing your unit.
Example: If your head measures 22", we recommend selecting a Medium cap, not a Small.

Please note: This product is a pre-order item. Ensure you allow adequate time when placing your order to receive your unit on time. The processing period is 3-7 business days, and shipping will be based on the option selected at checkout.

Our standard processing times vary by product:
Ready-to-wear units (pre-order) are processed within 10–15 business days.
Uncustomsied units and Braiding Hair take approximately 3 -7 business days.
Accessories and other items are processed in 3 business days.

Please note that processing time does not include delivery time. We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely arrival. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive all shipping information, including tracking, via email.

We offer two delivery options through DPD: Next Day (Tracked) and Classic (Tracked).
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
